Man kan \u00e4ven g\u00f6ra den p\u00e5 kycklingfil\u00e9er, eller kalv. Jag kryddade dem med paprikapulver, citronskal, pepparblandning, lite \u00f6rtkryddor och Trocomare \u00f6rtsalt. Stek dem d\u00e4refter i en blandning av sm\u00f6r och olja f\u00f6r fin smak och f\u00e4rg. Eftergr\u00e4dda den g\u00e4rna i ugnen om du har n\u00e5gon. En citronskiva p\u00e5 \u00e4r b\u00e5de gott och vackert.<\/h3>\n<h3>Som tillbeh\u00f6r rekommenderar jag rosmarinpotatis i ugnen och sm\u00f6rsaltiga b\u00f6nor.
