De steks i ugn under l\u00e5ng tid p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme med olivolja, rosmarin eller annan \u00f6rtkrydda och lite flingsalt. Den som vill kan ocks\u00e5 ha p\u00e5 balsamvin\u00e4ger, men jag tycker de f\u00e5r s\u00e5 underbar smak \u00e4nd\u00e5.<\/h3>\n<h3>N\u00e4r tomaterna tillagas s\u00e5 h\u00e4r koncentreras den solmogna medelhavska smaken och de blir fylliga och alldeles ljuvliga. Potatis eller ris till och du har en snabb, god vardagsmiddag som \u00e4ven platsar vid festligare tillf\u00e4llen.<\/h3>\n<h3>Tomaterna tar ju lite tid, s\u00e5 antingen g\u00f6r jag dem p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagkv\u00e4llen och l\u00e4gger i en burk med lock i kylen att ta av under veckan, eller s\u00e5 g\u00f6r jag dem en vardagskv\u00e4ll n\u00e4r jag inte beh\u00f6ver ugnen f\u00f6r att sedan anv\u00e4nda dem n\u00e4sta dag. Jag anv\u00e4nder g\u00e4rna coctailtomater, eftersom det dels g\u00e5r fortare f\u00f6r de \u00e4r sm\u00e5 men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att de \u00e4r de enda tomaterna som egentligen har n\u00e5gon smak p\u00e5 vintern.<\/h3>\n<h3>F\u00f6r de l\u00e5ngsamrostade tomaterna: Recpetet finner du p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r l\u00e4nken:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?p=2138\">http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?p=2138<\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>F\u00f6r laxen:<\/h3>\n<h3>L\u00e4gg en bit laxfil\u00e9 per person, med eller utan skinn, i en smord ugnsfast form. Krydda med t.ex.citronpeppar, svartpeppar, \u00f6rtkryddor, Trocomare eller Herbamare \u00f6rtsalt, eller n\u00e5gon annan god kryddblandning. L\u00e4gg en skiva citron p\u00e5 varje laxbit. H\u00e4ll g\u00e4rna en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin runt laxen och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 175 grader. Har du tid kan du g\u00e4rna steka den i lite l\u00e4gre temperatur f\u00f6r extra saftighet. Kontrollera s\u00e5 laxen inte blir \u00f6verstekt och torr. Det brukar ta 10-20 minuter beroende p\u00e5 temperatur och bitarnas storlek.<\/h3>\n<h3>Till tomaterna:<\/h3>\n<h3>1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor skivas eller hackas och fr\u00e4ses p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i olivolja i en stekpanna. L\u00e4gg i de redan l\u00e5ngsamrostade tomaterna och se till att de blir uppv\u00e4rmda. \u00d6ka v\u00e4rmen lite p\u00e5 plattan. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin eller balsamvin\u00e4ger och smaka av med salt och peppar. Ringla lite extra olivolja \u00f6ver. Klart!<\/h3>\n<h3>Servera laxen med de fylliga tomaterna och n\u00e5gon h\u00e4rlig gr\u00f6nsak, som broccoli, gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor eller socker\u00e4rtor.
