Den kan g\u00f6ras p\u00e5 hel kyckling eller p\u00e5 delar som l\u00e5rben, benfria l\u00e5rfil\u00e9er eller br\u00f6stfil\u00e9er.<\/h3>\n<h3>Den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten g\u00e5r utm\u00e4rkt att g\u00f6ra i den gamla \u00e5ttiotalsklassikern lergrytan Schlemmertopf, Rh\u00f6mertopf eller vad de nu kunde ha f\u00f6r namn. Faktum \u00e4r att jag dammade av min f\u00f6r att kunna g\u00f6ra den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten som blir riktigt saftig och fin i lergrytan. Har du ingen l\u00e4gger du helt enkelt kycklingen med allt det andra goda i en ugnsfast form. Ringla olivolja \u00f6ver. Om du har en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin \u00e4r det gott att ha p\u00e5. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen och stek i ca 40 minuter tills kycklingen \u00e4r klar. Det m\u00e4rker du genom att n\u00e4r du sticker i k\u00f6ttet med en kniv kommer det klar v\u00e4tska, inte rosa! Se alltid till att kyckling \u00e4r genomstekt, men l\u00e5t den inte st\u00e5 f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge f\u00f6r d\u00e5 blir den bara torr.<\/p>\n<p>Ett bra tips \u00e4r att om du styckar kycklingen sj\u00e4lv (det \u00e4r verkligen inte sv\u00e5rt) s\u00e5 spara kycklingskrovet och st\u00e4ll det ovanp\u00e5 hela r\u00e4tten om du g\u00f6r den i ugnsform. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis steks skrovet och f\u00e5r lite f\u00e4rg s\u00e5 att du l\u00e4tt kan koka en h\u00e4rlig kycklingbuljong, \u00e4ven kallat fond, p\u00e5 den och anv\u00e4nda den vid ett annat tillf\u00e4lle (g\u00e5r utm\u00e4rkt att frysa in) samtidigt som skrovet ger saftighet och smak till olivkycklingen.<\/p>\n<p>Antingen g\u00f6r du potatisklyftor i en separat form bredvid eller s\u00e5 l\u00e4gger du dem i en extra stor form eller l\u00e5ngpanna runt om kycklingen med alla godsaker, som du ser p\u00e5 bilden h\u00e4r bredvid &#8211; b\u00e5de f\u00f6re och efter gr\u00e4ddning i ugnen. Krydda potatisen med \u00f6rtkryddor, svartpeppar och flingsalt. Jag brukar slunga runt potatisen f\u00f6r hand i en bunke med rosmarin och salt innan jag h\u00e4ller den i ugsnformen och sedan arrangerar med citronerna, vitl\u00f6ken, l\u00f6ken, kycklingen och oliverna och l\u00e4gger timjanruskor p\u00e5. Gl\u00f6m inte att ringla olivolja \u00f6ver!
