Jag gillar att ha i ganska mycket vitl\u00f6k och \u00e4ven f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter n\u00e4r det finns att tillg\u00e5 \u2013 det blir b\u00e5de gott och vackert! \u00d6rtsalt och lite peppar fullbordar smakerna. Det h\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret serverar jag g\u00e4rna till stekt eller grillat k\u00f6tt, till ugnsrostad potatis eller gr\u00f6nsaker. Om jag ska servera sm\u00f6ret till fisk kan det vara gott med lite pressad citron i, och kanske rentav lite rivet citronskal. Ibland rostar jag vitl\u00f6ken i ugn innan jag anv\u00e4nder den &#8211; d\u00e5 f\u00e5r sm\u00f6ret en mild n\u00f6tig alldeles ljuvlig smak.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>100 gram sm\u00f6r \u2013 g\u00e4rna rumsvarmt s\u00e5 \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att blanda<\/p>\n<p>1-3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor efter smak, pressade eller hackade mycket fint<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter, t.ex. timjan, citrontimjan, rosmarin, basilika, mejram eller persilja f\u00f6r den som vill (den sl\u00e4tbladiga persiljan anser jag har en godare mildare smak)<\/p>\n<p>Trocomare eller Herbamare \u00f6rtsalt eller havssalt<\/p>\n<p>n\u00e5gra tag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen \u2013 g\u00e4rna blandade pepparsorter<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite pressad citron och\/eller rivet citronskal<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blanda sm\u00f6ret och \u00f6vriga ingredienser med gaffel eller i mixer. Vitl\u00f6ken kan med f\u00f6rdel hackas mycket fint f\u00f6r att d\u00e4refter mosas tillsammans med havssalt med knivbladet mot sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4dan. Eller s\u00e5 pressar du helt sonika vitl\u00f6ken i en bra vitl\u00f6kspress.
