Det \u00e4r det givna tillbeh\u00f6ret till kron\u00e4rtskockor, d\u00e5 i den mer puritanska formen med bara citron och salt.<\/h3>\n<h3>Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven verkligt gott till stekt eller grillad entrec\u00f4te. D\u00e5 har jag ibland \u00e4ven i lite vitl\u00f6k. F\u00f6r mildare smak kan man rosta vitl\u00f6ken f\u00f6rst, eller koka den.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>citron &#8211; jag brukar ta b\u00e5de skal och saft<\/p>\n<p>salt (g\u00e4rna flingsalt)<\/p>\n<p>ev. Herbamare eller Trocomare \u00f6rtsalt<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite \u00f6rtkrydda (t.ex. Herbes de Provence)<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite pressad vitl\u00f6k (om den rostas eller kokas f\u00f6rst blir det mildare)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop sm\u00f6r med citronsaft och salt. Det g\u00e5r l\u00e4ttare om sm\u00f6ret \u00e4r ganska s\u00e5 uppv\u00e4rmt, eftersom det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 ihop citronsaften med sm\u00f6ret. St\u00e4ll bara sm\u00f6ret kallt sedan s\u00e5 blir det toppen.
