Utmaningen att kolla i kylsk\u00e5pet, se vad som finns, och anv\u00e4nda till n\u00e5gon ny kombination \u00e4r alltid lika stimulerande och s\u00e4tter ig\u00e5ng min skaparfantasi.<\/h3>\n<h3>Idag var vi utan vatten hela morgonen och halva dagen. Efter en h\u00e4rlig kv\u00e4ll med n\u00e5gra v\u00e4nner blev det en sen morgon d\u00e5 en brunch passar utm\u00e4rkt. Eftersom vi inte hade vatten kunde vi inte diska. Sagt och gjort &#8211; stekfettet i stekpannan fr\u00e5n k\u00f6ttet kv\u00e4llen innan blev underbart gott att steka den \u00f6verblivna pastan fr\u00e5n i f\u00f6rrg\u00e5r i. En klick schalottenl\u00f6kssm\u00f6r som \u00e5ts ig\u00e5r till k\u00f6ttet tillsattes och det blev underbar uppv\u00e4rmd pasta. Det \u00f6verblivna k\u00f6ttet fr\u00e5n g\u00e5rdagskv\u00e4llen skivades och serverades kallt. Tomater stektes, \u00e4gg likas\u00e5.
