Det mesta kan du handla redan nu och sedan plocka av under veckan. Ink\u00f6pen \u00e4r ber\u00e4knade f\u00f6r fyra personer &#8211; \u00f6ka eller minska efter behov. Du beh\u00f6ver se till att du har hemma:<\/h3>\n<h3>R\u00f6kt lax ca 200 g, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche 1 burk, gr\u00e4dde 1 paket, gr\u00e4ddfil 1 paket, schalottenl\u00f6k en p\u00e5se (bananschalottenl\u00f6k \u00e4r praktisk), tagliatelle eller annan pasta 1 paket, sallad till tre middagar, ev. gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor eller socker\u00e4rtor, jord\u00e4rtskockor ca 600 g, helst lite vitt vin, buljong (vegetarisk och k\u00f6tt- eller kalv- i t\u00e4rningar eller p\u00e5 flaska), citroner 4-6 st, limefrukter 2-4 st, potatis en p\u00e5se, mor\u00f6tter \u00bd kg, gul l\u00f6k 3-4 st, 1-2 hela vitl\u00f6kar, tomater 6-10 st, frusna r\u00e4kor eller tigerr\u00e4kor 600-800 gram, g\u00e4rna v\u00e5rl\u00f6k ett knippe, chili 1 r\u00f6d el gr\u00f6n, thai chilis\u00e5s, Heinz chilis\u00e5s, ris (jasmin- eller basmati-). I till\u00e4gg beh\u00f6ver du k\u00f6pa kyckling till onsdagen och k\u00f6tt till gulaschen f\u00f6r torsdagen &#8211; f\u00f6rslagsvis k\u00f6per du b\u00e5da p\u00e5 onsdagen p\u00e5 v\u00e4g hem fr\u00e5n jobbet. \u00c4r just onsdagen kn\u00f6lig med tid stuvar du helt enkelt om veckomenyn. P\u00e5 det viset \u00e4r det faktiskt det enda extra ink\u00f6pet du beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ra under veckan om du under s\u00f6ndagen eller m\u00e5ndagen ser till att ha de andra sakerna hemma:)<\/h3>\n<h3>Till helgen f\u00f6resl\u00e5r jag en l\u00e4ttlagad mycket god fiskr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdagen &#8211; pestofylld fisk &#8211; som lagas i ugn. Till den serverar jag helst balsamicotomater med ruccola eller spenat och pressad potatis. Den romerska kycklinggrytan brukar g\u00f6ra succ\u00e9 bland stora och sm\u00e5 och \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att laga. Br\u00f6d till, ev. \u00e4ven potatis, ris, bulgur eller pasta.
