N\u00e4r jag h\u00e4rom kv\u00e4llen hade kvar mozzarella fr\u00e5n l\u00f6rdagens pizzabak, men alla tomater var slut fick det helt enkelt bli en sallad p\u00e5 mozzarella och gurka &#8211; vackert smaksatt och dekorerad med vad som fanns kvar av den f\u00e4rska basilikan. Det blev faktiskt godare \u00e4n v\u00e4ntat och kan rekommenderas som variation. Passade v\u00e4ldigt bra till prosciutto och annan skinka.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag kallar det f\u00f6r mozzarella i det gr\u00f6na, eller mozzarella cetriolo (gurka p\u00e5 italienska).<\/h3>\n<p>Detta \u00e4r endast vegetariskt f\u00f6r den som \u00e4ter mj\u00f6lkprodukter.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>mozzarella<\/p>\n<p>gurka<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rsk basilika<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>salt &amp; peppar, g\u00e4rna Trocomare eller Herbamare \u00f6rtsalt som passar s\u00e4rskilt bra till just gurka<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Skiva mozzarellan i \u00bd-cm tjocka skivor, skiva gurkan i skivor som \u00e4r 3-4 mm tjocka. Varva skivorna vackert p\u00e5 ett fat, dekorera med basilikabladen, salta och peppra. Jag tyckte det var gott med \u00f6rtsalt p\u00e5. Ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och servera g\u00e4rna med skinka av n\u00e5got slag.
