Sm\u00f6rslungad spenat kan lagas \u00e5ret om, f\u00e4rsk sparris \u00e4r h\u00e4rligt p\u00e5 v\u00e5ren &#8211; kanske med en hollandaises\u00e5s ocks\u00e5, balsamicotomater eller bara l\u00e5ngsamrostade &#8221;konfiterade&#8221; tomater \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 gott till. Potatis &#8211; kokt eller klyftor i ugn, kanske ris eller pasta. Med eller utan n\u00e5gon yoghurts\u00e5s (g\u00e4rna den med grillade citroner), bara med broccoli eller en sallad\u2026&nbsp;Botanisera g\u00e4rna bland recepten i kategorin Tillbeh\u00f6r i kolumnen till h\u00f6ger. Det finns ocks\u00e5 en del tillbeh\u00f6r under L\u00e4ttlagat.<\/p>\n<p>Eller varf\u00f6r inte den supergoda salladen p\u00e5 f\u00e4nk\u00e5l och apelsin, nu n\u00e4r apelsinerna b\u00f6rjar bli fina. Receptet publiceras h\u00e4r bredvid.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6p f\u00e4rsk (eller fryst) laxfil\u00e9, g\u00e4rna med skinnet kvar. Sk\u00e4r i portionsbitar. Sm\u00f6rj en ugnsform med ganska rikligt med sm\u00f6r, eller olivolja. Sk\u00e4r citron i skivor och l\u00e4gg skivorna i botten av formen. L\u00e4gg laxen ovanp\u00e5 med k\u00f6ttsidan ner\u00e5t mot citronskivorna och skinnet upp\u00e5t. L\u00e4gg g\u00e4rna i n\u00e5gon \u00f6rtkrydda du gillar och har till hands. H\u00e4ll ev. p\u00e5 en liten skv\u00e4tt vitt vin, eller pressa i lite citronsaft. Gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader i ugnen i ca 15 minuter, beroende p\u00e5 hur stora och tjocka laxbitarna \u00e4r. Titta till dem s\u00e5 de inte blir \u00f6verstekta! Personligen f\u00f6redrar jag n\u00e4r laxen har en k\u00e4rna som \u00e4r lite ostekt, men det viktiga \u00e4r att inte baka den f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge f\u00f6r d\u00e5 blir den bara seg och gummiartad. L\u00e4gg upp laxen p\u00e5 fat med skinnsidan ner\u00e5t och de vackra citronskivorna ovanp\u00e5, och g\u00e4rna en bit bakad citron till.
