L\u00e4gg i mor\u00f6tterna och rotsellerin och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ett tag till. Sedan l\u00e4gger du i jord\u00e4rtskockorna. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vinet och vatten samt buljongt\u00e4rning. L\u00e5t koka s\u00e5 blir mjukt. Sist l\u00e4gger du i broccolin som f\u00e5r koka precis mjuk innan du mixar soppan och smakar av &#8211; kanske mer vin och\/eller buljong? Man kan beh\u00f6va tills\u00e4tta vatten ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r konsistensens skull. Jag tycker om n\u00e4r soppan \u00e4r lite tjock s\u00e5 den inte blir f\u00f6r vattnig, men inte heller f\u00f6r tjock och stabbig.
