Jag k\u00f6per ofta hem frysta laxfil\u00e9er och har i frysen f\u00f6r att under veckan kunna f\u00e5 till en middag snabbt och l\u00e4tt.<\/h3>\n<h3>Servera den g\u00e4rna med ris och broccoli eller \u00e4nnu hellre pak choi om du f\u00e5r tag p\u00e5 det. Det \u00e4r en slags asiatisk bladgr\u00f6nsak som liknar mangold. Jag steker den, g\u00e4rna i sesamolja, kanske med lite tunt skivad vitl\u00f6k och smaks\u00e4tter med soyas\u00e5s. Enkelt och gott.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>en bit lax per person (ber\u00e4kna 150-200 gram per person)<\/p>\n<p>2 msk soya<\/p>\n<p>1 msk riven ingef\u00e4ra<\/p>\n<p>1 msk thai chilis\u00e5s (eftersom den \u00e4r ganska s\u00f6t drar diabetikern ner p\u00e5 den eller utesluter den helt till f\u00f6rm\u00e5n f\u00f6r lite hackad f\u00e4rsk eller torkad chili)<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna \u00bd-1 msk torr sherry eller mirin<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite sesamolja<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Blanda ihop marinaden i en ugnsfast form lagom stor f\u00f6r laxbitarna du ska tillaga. L\u00e4gg ner laxen och v\u00e4nd runt i marinaden. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 175 grader. Koka ris under tiden (jag brukar v\u00e4lja basmatiris eller jasminris till denna r\u00e4tt). Koka \u00e4ven broccoli eller tillaga pak choi p\u00e5 f\u00f6ljande vis.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>1-2 st\u00e5nd pak choi eller mangold alternativt f\u00e4rsk bladspenat (t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att den sjunker ihop s\u00e5 det g\u00e5r \u00e5t en del)<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>soya<\/p>\n<p>ev. sesamolja alt. n\u00e5gon annan olja att steka i<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Sk\u00f6lj och dela pak choi i lagom stora bitar. Skala och skiva en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta tunt. Strax innan laxen \u00e4r klar och riset \u00e4r kokt lagar du snabbt till denna enkla gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00e4tt. Hetta upp olja i en stekpanna (h\u00e4r passar det bra med en teflonpanna). Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6ken ett litet tag, l\u00e4gg i pak choi och &#8221;woka&#8221; runt, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 soya och kanske n\u00e5gra droppar sesamolja.
