Vi g\u00f6r den fylld med citroner och f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter, penslad med olivolja och bestr\u00f6dd med \u00f6rter. Om du l\u00e4gger lite sm\u00f6r under skinnet tillsammans med \u00f6rter f\u00e5r du en s\u00e4rdeles v\u00e4lsmakande kyckling, med krispigt skinn.&nbsp;Jag anv\u00e4nder helst majskyckling, annars en ekologisk kyckling. Till serverar jag g\u00e4rna potatis rostad i ugnen i klyftor med rosmarin, sallad eller kokta gr\u00f6nsaker som \u00e4r i s\u00e4song, kanske en mozzarella-tomatsallad med f\u00e4rsk basilika. h\u00e4r har jag dessutom st\u00e4llt in en pl\u00e5t med stavar av mor\u00f6tter och palsternackor slungade i olivolja och lite flingsalt under formen med kycklingen f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 supergoda rostade rotfrukter att servera till.<\/h3>\n<h3>Om du vill ha en s\u00e5s till l\u00e4gger du helt enkelt en eller tv\u00e5 citroner skurna i halvor i formen som du st\u00e4ller in med kycklingen. L\u00e4gg g\u00e4rna tunna skivor av sm\u00f6r tillsammans med \u00f6rter under skinnet \u00f6ver br\u00f6stet. St\u00e4ll in kycklingen i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till 175 &#8211; 200 grader. K\u00e4nn efter hur din ugn beter sig, s\u00e5 du inte har f\u00f6r h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. Kycklingen ska bli genomstekt och f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg men inte br\u00e4nnas vid. N\u00e4r kycklingen ser bra ut och saften \u00e4r klar som kommer ut d\u00e5 du sticker i k\u00f6ttet med en kniv \u00e4r den klar.
