Den kallas \u00e4ven malaysiska tigerr\u00e4kor, och \u00e4r ett fr\u00e4scht alternativ utan gr\u00e4dde men full av nyttig ingef\u00e4ra och vitl\u00f6k bland annat. &nbsp;Jag g\u00f6r den varierande p\u00e5 tigerr\u00e4kor eller vanliga r\u00e4kor.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Mycket l\u00e4ttlagad r\u00e4tt som man snabbt sv\u00e4nger ihop till en underbar fredagmiddag eller sen sup\u00e9. Servera som den \u00e4r, kanske med en bit br\u00f6d och ev. en god sallad till, eller med kokt gott ris.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3-4 msk olja att woka i<\/p>\n<p>en liten gul l\u00f6k, finhackad<\/p>\n<p>en bit f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, finhackad eller riven<\/p>\n<p>2 schalottenl\u00f6kar, finhackade<\/p>\n<p>2-3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, hackade<\/p>\n<p>ca \u00bd kilo tomater, sk\u00e5llade och hackade eller en burk skalade hela tomater<\/p>\n<p>en nypa saffran<\/p>\n<p>1 msk ketchupliknande chilis\u00e5s, typ Heinz<\/p>\n<p>1 msk het thail\u00e4ndsk chilis\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p>1 msk gurkmeja<\/p>\n<p>500-700 gram r\u00e4kor, g\u00e4rna tigerr\u00e4kor eller liknande<\/p>\n<p>En rej\u00e4l n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rsk koriander, hackad<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp oljan i en wokpanna eller stor stekpanna. Stek l\u00f6ken, vitl\u00f6ken och ingef\u00e4ran under omr\u00f6rning p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme i ca 10 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt de hackade tomaterna, saffranen, gurkmejan och chilis\u00e5serna. L\u00e5t puttra ihop ca 10 minuter till. L\u00e4gg i r\u00e4korna. Om du anv\u00e4nder r\u00e5a tigerr\u00e4kor ska de bli r\u00f6da och genomkokta, men om du anv\u00e4nder svenska kokta r\u00e4kor beh\u00f6ver de bara precis v\u00e4rmas upp, inte l\u00e4ngre f\u00f6r d\u00e5 blir de bara sega.
