Just kombinationen dijon och dragon \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt god. Sk\u00e4r kycklingfil\u00e9erna i avl\u00e5nga bitar. Hetta upp olja och sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna. L\u00e4gg i l\u00f6khacket och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa under omr\u00f6rning s\u00e5 l\u00f6ken mjuknar utan att ta f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg i kycklingbitarna och l\u00e5t steka ett tag medan du kryddar med peppar, salt och dragon, se bilden. V\u00e4nd kycklingbitarna och krydda \u00e4ven andra sidan. Lyft upp kycklingen n\u00e4r den f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg men den beh\u00f6ver inte vara genomstekt eftersom den sedan ska koka i s\u00e5sen. H\u00e4ll i vinet, l\u00e5t puttra ihop ett tag och l\u00e4gg sedan i dijonsenap &#8211; ta en del i b\u00f6rjan och smaka sedan av. Jag gillar n\u00e4r det \u00e4r ganska mycket smak av dijonsenapen. Tills\u00e4tt cr\u00e8me fra\u00eechen och gr\u00e4dden och r\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 s\u00e5sen blir j\u00e4mn och fin innan du l\u00e4gger tillbaka kycklingbitarna i s\u00e5sen att puttra klart.
