Ursprungsreceptet kommer fr\u00e5n Jamie Olivers recept fr\u00e5n Italien, men jag f\u00f6redrar att ha mer mascarpone i \u00e4n ursprungsreceptet. Sorbeten sm\u00e4lter snabbt s\u00e5 servera den g\u00e4rna i sk\u00e5lar du haft i frysen ett tag. Det blir dessutom vackert frostigt. Det brukar r\u00e4cka med en liten m\u00e4ngd sorbet per person, \u00e4ven om barnen g\u00e4rna smaskar i sig st\u00f6rre m\u00e4ngder\u2026 Den friska syran kan med f\u00f6rdel balanseras genom att servera kn\u00e4ckflarn eller n\u00e5gon annan god s\u00f6t kaka till. Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven gott att till vuxna servera ett glas italiensk citronlik\u00f6r, limoncello, eller rentav h\u00e4lla lite limoncello \u00f6ver sorbeten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Koka f\u00f6rst en sockerlag p\u00e5 lika delar vatten och socker.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Till en sats f\u00f6r 4-6 personer brukar jag koka en lag p\u00e5 2 dl socker och 2 dl vatten. L\u00e5t sockerlagen svalna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Riv skalet fr\u00e5n n\u00e5gra av citronerna (tv\u00e4tta dem noga f\u00f6rst!), dela citronerna och pressa ur saften. R\u00f6r hela tiden s\u00e5 mascarponen l\u00f6ses upp, annars bildar den l\u00e4tt klumpar. Vispa ner sockerlag. Smaka av.
