Degen kavlas ut, tomats\u00e5s bres p\u00e5 och s\u00e5 dekorerar var och en sin egen pizza efter eget huvud och smak. Det kan bli ganska dekorativa kreationer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fotona \u00e4r fr\u00e5n n\u00e4r inl\u00e4gget publicerades f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan &#8211; otroligt att se vad alla barn har vuxit. Tills\u00e4tt olivoljan och saltet och drygt h\u00e4lften av mj\u00f6lm\u00e4ngden. K\u00f6r med degkrokar eller kn\u00e5da f\u00f6r hand. Tills\u00e4tt mer mj\u00f6l vartefter, men se till s\u00e5 degen inte blir f\u00f6r mj\u00f6lig och stabbig \u2013 den ska vara smidig och ha h\u00e4rlig konsistens med l\u00e4tt kn\u00e5dmotst\u00e5nd. L\u00e5t puttra ihop och smaks\u00e4tt med oregano och svartpeppar. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em>Vid utbakning:<\/em> Dela degen i tre eller fyra delar och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Banka och kavla ut till pizzor. Jag brukar kavla dem till fyrkantig form direkt p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper och l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 ugnspl\u00e5ten. Du kan sj\u00e4lvklart v\u00e4lja att g\u00f6ra runda mindre pizzor, det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 trevligt. Kanterna beh\u00f6ver inte vikas upp \u2013 de j\u00e4ser upp \u00e4nd\u00e5. Dekorera g\u00e4rna med n\u00e5gra basilikablad och ta n\u00e5gra tag p\u00e5 svartpepparkvarnen \u2013 och du har en underbart god och vacker pizza!
