Barnen \u00e4lskar den och det blir extra festligt med tomatsm\u00f6ret tillsammans ett gott varmt br\u00f6d till denna otroligt enkla soppa.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1,5 liter vatten<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1-2 t\u00e4rningar gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong, helst s\u00e5dan utan glutamat<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">7 potatisar, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1-2 mor\u00f6tter, skalade och skurna i bitar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, skalad och hackad<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1 liten zucchini eller 1\/2 stor , tv\u00e4ttad och skuren i bitar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Koka upp vattnet med buljongt\u00e4rningen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">T\u00e4rna\/skiva gr\u00f6nsakerna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">L\u00e4gg potatis, mor\u00f6tter och l\u00f6k i det kokande vattnet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">L\u00e5t koka 5-1o minuter.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">L\u00e4gg i zucchinin och koka ytterligare 15-20 minuter tills gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r helt mjuka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t och len. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt med en stavmixer.
