blir v\u00e4ldigt gott att ha i!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten serveras g\u00e4rna med quinoa eller vad man annars f\u00f6redrar, s\u00e5som bulgur, ris, pasta potatis eller bara ett gott br\u00f6d till.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Hacka vitl\u00f6ken. V\u00e4rm olivoljan p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme med vitl\u00f6ken, s\u00e5 den snarare kokas mjuk \u00e4n steks. Under tiden som vitl\u00f6ken l\u00e5ngsamt blir mjuk i oljan och tillsammans med rosmarinen frig\u00f6r sina h\u00e4rliga smaker sk\u00e4r du upp zucchinin i bitar. Jag brukar dela zucchinin p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och sedan skiva relativt tunt i halvm\u00e5nar. En stor zucchini delas l\u00e4mpligen i fyra l\u00e4ngder som sedan skivas till kvartsbitar. V\u00e4lj tunnare eller tjockare skivor\/bitar i enlighet med din smak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg i kycklingbitarna och \u00f6ka v\u00e4rmen. Krydda med paprikapulver, \u00f6rter, citronskal, peppar och salt. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vinet n\u00e4r kycklingen f\u00e5tt lite stekyta. L\u00e5t puttra ett tag.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Koka upp vatten och bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg de soltorkade tomaterna i n\u00e5gra minuter, eller anv\u00e4nd som jag gjorde h\u00e4r de inlagda p\u00e5 burk fr\u00e5n Zeta. Anv\u00e4nder du torkade ska du t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att ju h\u00e5rdare de \u00e4r desto l\u00e4ngre tid beh\u00f6ver de bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggas. Sk\u00e4r de uppmjukade soltorkade tomaterna i strimlor. L\u00e4gg de soltorkade tomaterna och oliverna i grytan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Sk\u00e4r de f\u00e4rska tomaterna i bitar, l\u00e4gg dem i grytan. Tills\u00e4tt lite r\u00e5socker f\u00f6r att runda av och balansera tomaternas syra och framh\u00e4va deras s\u00f6tma &#8211; ett klassiskt italienskt knep. Tills\u00e4tt h\u00e4lften av den strimlade v\u00e5rl\u00f6ken eller purjol\u00f6ken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">L\u00e4gg zucchinibitarna ovanp\u00e5 medan grytan puttrar. &nbsp;De l\u00e4ggs i f\u00f6rst nu f\u00f6r att inte bli f\u00f6r genomkokta och sladdriga, utan f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna beh\u00e5lla lite sp\u00e4nst. &nbsp;R\u00f6r runt d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. N\u00e4r kycklingen \u00e4r klar (saften som kommer ur den n\u00e4r du sticker eller sk\u00e4r den \u00e4r klar, inte rosa) smakar du av s\u00e5 det \u00e4r fin balans p\u00e5 syran fr\u00e5n vinet och citronen och r\u00e5sockret och kryddorna.
