Du lagar den snabbt \u00e4ven en fredagkv\u00e4ll f\u00f6re maten, st\u00e4ller den i kylen eller p\u00e5 f\u00f6sterblecket att vila medan huvudr\u00e4tten serveras och plockar sedan fram den och serverar som den \u00e4r eller med frukt eller b\u00e4r. <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Receptet \u00e4r lagom till 4 personer, eller 6 sm\u00e5 portioner. (\u00e4ven om m\u00e5nga f\u00f6respr\u00e5kar att sm\u00e4lta choklad i vattenbad vill jag avr\u00e5da fr\u00e5n det eftersom det l\u00e4tt dels blir f\u00f6r varmt men framf\u00f6r allt l\u00e4tt kommer vatten\u00e5nga i chokladen och d\u00e5 sk\u00e4r den sig!)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Dela \u00e4ggen i vitor och gulor. Vispa vitorna, g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gon droppe citronsaft och en knivsudd salt till ett fast skum. Vispa gulorna f\u00f6r sig med sockret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ta den sm\u00e4lta chokladen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen, l\u00e5t svalna ett tag och r\u00f6r ner i \u00e4ggulevispet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">R\u00f6r ner h\u00e4lften av vitorna i chokladsmeten. V\u00e4nd d\u00e4refter ner resten.
