T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att mangok\u00e4rnan \u00e4r stor och platt s\u00e5 sk\u00e4r l\u00e4ngs med den och skala sedan av skalet med en vass kniv. Fil\u00e9a apelsinerna genom att f\u00f6rst sk\u00e4ra av skalet, d\u00e4refter sk\u00e4ra ut hinnfria klyftor. Se bilden. Dela klyftorna i tv\u00e5 delar. Vill du g\u00f6ra det enklare f\u00f6r dig delar du bara apelsinerna i klyftor med hinnor och delar dem i kanske tre delar per klyfta.
