Pappan sade d\u00e5 att vi kan kalla den f\u00f6r r\u00e5ttpasta, med tanke p\u00e5 den popul\u00e4ra filmen om r\u00e5ttan Ratatouille som var aktuell d\u00e5. Kommer inte p\u00e5 fr\u00e5ga, replikerade jag. Efter lite funderingar kring namn fr\u00e5gade sonen:<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">&#8211; Mamma, vad heter r\u00e5tta p\u00e5 franska?<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=13381\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13381\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-13381\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/pasta-rapatt-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/pasta-rapatt-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/pasta-rapatt-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/pasta-rapatt-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u2013 <em>Rat<\/em>, svarade jag.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u2013 Och vad heter pasta p\u00e5 franska?<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u2013 <em>P\u00e2tes<\/em>.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">&#8211; D\u00e5 tycker jag att den skall heta&nbsp;<em>Ratp\u00e2tes<\/em>.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">Et voil\u00e0, men med en stavning som medger ett vettigt uttal p\u00e5 svenska.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">L\u00e4ttlagad, god och nyttig har den blivit en ny favorit som <a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=13382\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13382\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-13382\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/pasta-rapatt-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-31-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/pasta-rapatt-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-31-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/pasta-rapatt-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-31-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2012\/02\/pasta-rapatt-1-Katinkas-Kitchen-31-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>lika g\u00e4rna kan serveras med ris, bulgur eller quinoa som med pasta enligt preferens.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Fotot har ju n\u00e5gra \u00e5r p\u00e5 nacken &#8211; dags att laga om denna goda pastar\u00e4tt och f\u00e5 till lite vettigare bilder. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h4><em><span style=\"color: #000000\">Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">En halv, alternativt en liten zucchini &#8211; t\u00e4rnad<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1\/2 eller 1 liten r\u00f6dl\u00f6k (kan uteslutas) &#8211; finhackad<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1-2 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor \u2013 finhackade<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1-2 burkar konserverade cocktailtomater<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1 burk eller ett paket kokta kidneyb\u00f6nor (Du kan sj\u00e4lvklart bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gga och koka sj\u00e4lv om du vill)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">F\u00e4rsk basilika \u2013 strimlad<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1\/2 msk r\u00e5socker (italienskt husmorsknep i tomats\u00e5ser f\u00f6r fyllig fin smak)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">vegetarisk buljongt\u00e4rning<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Olivolja<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">En halv citron eller en tsk vin\u00e4ger med god rund smak (t.ex. balsamico)<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em><span style=\"color: #000000\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en stor kastrull vatten om du valt pasta, eller koka det tillbeh\u00f6r du valt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Till s\u00e5sen: Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6ken p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i olivoljan, tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6khacket om du vill ha det med. Fr\u00e4s under l\u00e4tt omr\u00f6rning. Tills\u00e4tt zucchinit\u00e4rningarna och fr\u00e4s en stund till.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vin\u00e4gern eller pressa i lite citron. Om du har ekologisk citron kan du l\u00e4gga i en halva att koka med. H\u00e4ll i tomaterna och sockret och d\u00e4refter kidneyb\u00f6norna. L\u00e5t puttra medan pastan eller annat tillbeh\u00f6r kokar klart. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver strimlad basilika vid serveringen.
