V\u00e4l v\u00e4rt att pr\u00f6va! <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg och koka kik\u00e4rtor enligt konstens alla regler \u2013 eller k\u00f6p f\u00e4rdigkokta p\u00e5 burk och sk\u00f6lj samt h\u00e4ll av dem i durkslag. Se till att de blir s\u00e5 torra som m\u00f6jligt innan man lagar till dem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">H\u00e4ll i en form och tills\u00e4tt lite olivolja och kryddning; till exempel spiskummin, paprikapulver och flingsalt. Ibland tar jag lite persillae ocks\u00e5 eller n\u00e5gon annan god kryddblandning. Rulla runt ordentligt s\u00e5 kryddblandningen hamnar \u00f6verallt. Rosta i ugnen i 225 grader ca 15-20 minuter.
