Det har blivit en riktig favorit, kakan blir saftig och h\u00e4rlig!<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<h4><em><span style=\"color: #000000\">Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">125 gram rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">2 dl str\u00f6socker<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">2 \u00e4gg \u2013 delade i vitor och gulor<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">saften och skalet av en halv citron <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">1 tsk vaniljsocker<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">1 tsk bakpulver<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">4-5 \u00e4pplen <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000\">kanel att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Sm\u00f6rj en form med l\u00f6stagbar kant som \u00e4r ca 24 cm i diameter. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">R\u00f6r sm\u00f6ret och 1\u00bd dl av str\u00f6sockret p\u00f6sigt. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggulorna och citronsaften och skalet, vispa por\u00f6st.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Blanda mj\u00f6l och bakpulver, vispa \u00e4ggvitorna styva. R\u00f6r f\u00f6rst ner mj\u00f6lblandningen och sist \u00e4ggvitorna i smeten och bred ut den i den smorda formen. Smeten blir ganska fast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Skala och klyfta \u00e4pplena. K\u00e4rna ur dem och sk\u00e4r i skivor, men h\u00e5ll ihop dem klyftvis och tryck ner de ituskurna klyftorna i smeten. Str\u00f6 den sista halva decilitern socker och kanel \u00f6ver kakan och \u00e4pplena. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i 40-50 minuter. H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen en stund p\u00e5 slutet om kakan beh\u00f6ver mer f\u00e4rg alternativt l\u00e4gg bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller sm\u00f6rpapper \u00f6ver den om den f\u00e5tt f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg men fortfarande \u00e4r l\u00f6s inuti.
