Under tiden pastavattnet kokar upp hackar du vitl\u00f6ken. H\u00e5ll ett \u00f6ga p\u00e5 pastavattnet och l\u00e4gg i pastan n\u00e4r det kokar, och forts\u00e4tt under tiden med pastas\u00e5sen. Stek vitl\u00f6ken p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Medan den svettas utan att ta f\u00e4rg strimlar du skinkan och hackar tomaterna. L\u00e4gg i skinkan och \u00f6rtkryddorna i s\u00e5sen, l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa ett tag. H\u00e4ll vinet \u00f6ver vitl\u00f6ken och skinkan, \u00f6ka v\u00e4rmen lite och l\u00e5t puttra en liten stund. Tills\u00e4tt tomaterna och dra ner v\u00e4rmen till medel.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden har du antagligen kokat pastan till lagom al dente-konsistens. H\u00e4ll av pastan och h\u00e4ll tillbaka i kastrullen, ringla lite olivolja \u00f6ver om den skall v\u00e4nta lite.<\/p>\n<p>Om du v\u00e4ljer ch\u00e8vre \u00e4r det gott att l\u00e4gga i den p\u00e5 slutet n\u00e4r v\u00e4rmen st\u00e4ngs av s\u00e5 den hinner sm\u00e4lta lite. V\u00e4ljer du fetaost kan den med f\u00f6rdel smulas \u00f6ver vid serveringen.
