Sk\u00e4r mor\u00f6tter och palsternackor i stavar, sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken i klyftor p\u00e5 en dryg centimeter. Tv\u00e4tta zucchinin och ta sk\u00e4r bort skaftet. Sk\u00e4r \u00e4ven den i stavar. Tv\u00e4tta tomaterna och dela dem i halvor. K\u00e4rna ur paprikan och sk\u00e4r den i stora strimlor.&nbsp;Dela en hel vitl\u00f6k i klyftorna, men beh\u00e5ll skalet p\u00e5, och l\u00e4gg de oskalade vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna tillsammans med alla gr\u00f6nsakerna p\u00e5 en ugnspl\u00e5t. Ringla olivolja \u00f6ver och str\u00f6 havssalt \u00f6ver samt l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 timjanruskorna. Ta tag med dina rena och tv\u00e4ttade h\u00e4nder och r\u00f6r runt i gr\u00f6nsaksblandningen s\u00e5 oljan och saltet f\u00f6rdelas j\u00e4mnt. St\u00e4ll in pl\u00e5ten i ugnen som v\u00e4rmts till 200-225 grader. Om du anv\u00e4nder gasugn \u2013 t\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att alltid st\u00e4lla pl\u00e5ten s\u00e5 h\u00f6gt som m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 v\u00e4rmen s\u00e5 j\u00e4mnt f\u00f6rdelad som m\u00f6jligt, annars br\u00e4nns det l\u00e4tt i botten. R\u00f6r om gr\u00f6nsakerna d\u00e5 och d\u00e5, s\u00e5 de blir j\u00e4mnt rostade. N\u00e4r de \u00e4r mjuka och lite gyllene \u00e4r de klara. Det brukar ta \u00e5tminstone en halv timme, beroende p\u00e5 hur tunt skurna gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r. Servera till k\u00f6tt eller fisk som ett vackert, nyttigt och fantastiskt gott tillbeh\u00f6r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tips: Om du ska servera gr\u00f6nsakerna till fisk eller kyckling \u00e4r det v\u00e4ldigt gott att \u00e4ven l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 citron uppskuren i bitar, som n\u00e4r den rostas blir oemotst\u00e5ndligt ljuv och s\u00f6t.
