Forma degen till en fast boll. Om du inte anv\u00e4nder matberedaren ska du nu kn\u00e5da degen p\u00e5 l\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lat bakbord s\u00e5 den blandar sig och blir en smidig sl\u00e4t boll.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Svep in degen i plast och l\u00e4gg att vila i kylsk\u00e5pet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Vid utkavling g\u00e4ller det att arbeta snabbt s\u00e5 sm\u00f6ret inte sm\u00e4lter och den blir kladdig. Pudra l\u00e4tt med sm\u00f6r och kavla till platt rundel som \u00e4r n\u00e5got st\u00f6rre \u00e4n formen den skall t\u00e4cka. Lyft \u00f6ver degplattan och tryck ut den i formen. Var noga med att den g\u00e5r upp p\u00e5 och lite \u00f6ver kanterna. L\u00e5t den degkl\u00e4dda formen st\u00e5 och vila och stabiliseras ett tag i kylsk\u00e5pet f\u00f6re gr\u00e4ddning f\u00f6r att motverka att degen rasar ner fr\u00e5n kanterna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Gr\u00e4dda formen i mitten av ugnen om du har elektrisk ugn, men alltid h\u00f6gst upp i en gasugn. 200 grader varm skall ugnen vara. F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajskalet i ca tio minuter. Tag ut och nagga botten s\u00e5 den inte bubblar upp. Gr\u00e4dda n\u00e5gra minuter till. N\u00e4r degen b\u00f6rjar ta f\u00e4rg och b\u00f6rjar dra ihop sig lite \u00e4r pajskalets f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddning klar.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em><span style=\"color: #000000\">Till fyllningen:<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">F\u00e4rsk spenat, alternativt ett paket frysta spenatblad (tar du f\u00e4rsk spenat g\u00e5r det \u00e5t mycket eftersom den sjunker ihop! 2 paket p\u00e5 200 gram brukar bli bra till en pajform med ca 25 cm i diameter. Tar du en st\u00f6rre pajform \u00f6kar du p\u00e5 receptet)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1-2 paket fetaost, skuren i tr\u00e4ningar eller smulad i bitar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">En halv vitl\u00f6ksklyfta \u2013 att gnida sk\u00e5len till \u00e4ggstanningen med<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">2 \u00e4gg<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">2 dl gr\u00e4dde (eller gr\u00e4ddmj\u00f6lk)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Lite riven muskotn\u00f6t<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em><span style=\"color: #000000\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp; <\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Om du anv\u00e4nder fryst spenat skall den vara n\u00e4stan helt tinad och f\u00f6rdelas i det f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddade pajskalet tillsammans med fetaosten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rsk spenat, som ju \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt skrymmande tills den v\u00e4rms upp, \u00e4r det l\u00e4mpligt att snabbt f\u00f6rv\u00e4lla den i kokhett vatten eller fr\u00e4sa den i lite olivolja som ev. v\u00e4rmts med en klyfta vitl\u00f6k f\u00f6r att ge l\u00e4tt smak. D\u00e4refter f\u00f6rdelar du den i pajskalet med osten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Till \u00e4ggstanningen: Gnid in sk\u00e5len du skall vispa den i med en halv klyfta vitl\u00f6k f\u00f6r att ge en fin, l\u00e4tt touche av vitl\u00f6kssmak som passar bra till denna grekiskinspirerade paj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Kn\u00e4ck i \u00e4ggen och vispa dem lite s\u00e5 gulor och vitor blandas. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dden och blanda ihop. Krydda med lite riven muskotn\u00f6t och svartpeppar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">H\u00e4ll \u00e4ggstanningen \u00f6ver spenaten och f\u00e5rosten i pajskalet. St\u00e4ll i \u00f6vre delen av ugnen och gr\u00e4dda i ca 25-30 minuter tills \u00e4ggblandningen stelnat.
