Servera g\u00e4rna med r\u00e5r\u00f6rda lingon. Numera kan man k\u00f6pa frysta lingon i aff\u00e4rerna, som du bara r\u00f6r med lite socker. Annars fungerar det ju ocks\u00e5 med en god f\u00e4rdig lingonsylt, om du inte har r\u00e5r\u00f6rda lingon hemma redan.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>3\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>8 dl mj\u00f6lk (vi anv\u00e4nder standardmj\u00f6lk)<\/p>\n<p>4 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>lite salt<\/p>\n<p>sm\u00f6r till formen (den som vill kan sm\u00e4lta sm\u00f6r och h\u00e4lla i smeten f\u00f6r extra god smak)<\/p>\n<p>ev. 1 paket bacon eller skinka, skuret i strimlor (bacon f\u00f6rsteker man)<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna lingon och socker till r\u00e5r\u00f6rda lingon, eller en god lingonsylt<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 ugnen p\u00e5 200-225 grader.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll mj\u00f6let i en bunke, tills\u00e4tt h\u00e4lften av mj\u00f6lken och vispa ihop till en sl\u00e4t smet innan du tills\u00e4tter resten av mj\u00f6lken och saltet. Vispa ihop. Vispa i \u00e4ggen och kanske sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Stek bacon l\u00e4tt, om du valt att ha i bacon. V\u00e4ljer du skinka r\u00e4cker det med att sk\u00e4ra den i bitar eller strimlor och blanda i smeten.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj en ugnsfast form noga. H\u00e4ll smeten i formen och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen. Gr\u00e4dda i ca 30 minuter. Kolla s\u00e5 den inte f\u00e5r f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg &#8211; d\u00e5 kan du l\u00e4gga ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller sm\u00f6rpapper \u00f6ver f\u00f6r att skydda.
